How can you get them?
1) Stays at any of our hotels

How can you use them?
You can exchange your points on the day of departure for your stay, as well as for extra hotel services, as long as these services have been charged to your room. Just let the front desk know on the day of departure.
*Extra services must be charged to the room in order to be able to pay for them with points.
How do the points work?
Points work just like money: for every 100 points, members will be given €4 to exchange on accommodation or hotel extras.
How do I get points?
You’ll earn points every time you stay at one of our hotels and identify yourself as a Club H10 member. 5-star hotels are worth 40 points per person per night; 4-star hotels are worth 30 points per person per night; 3-star hotels are worth 20 points per person per night. Points are generated per adult registered in the room in all cases.
You’ll also earn points for extras consumed at the hotel if they’re charged to your room. 2 points are generated for every €3 of extras.
Who can earn Club H10 points?
Points are generated per adult registered in the room and per night. So, if two adults are staying in one room, both will earn points. Children are excluded, however, as these rates are subject to discounts.

How can I use my points?
You can redeem your points when checking out. Thanks to the combined payment option, if you don’t have enough points to pay for your whole stay, you can pay for part of your bill with points and the rest in cash or by credit card.
When do my points expire?
Points are valid for four years from when they are issued, after which time they will expire and be deducted from the member’s points balance.
Can I reclaim points I didn’t get during my stay?
Yes, you can reclaim points on your bookings within 90 days from the end of your stay. To do this, you must state your member number and the hotel, arrival date and departure date of your stay.
It’s not possible to reclaim points for stays before you became a Club H10 member.
