How to accumulate Club H10 points
Once you have signed up for the Club H10 programme through the Club H10 web, or by applying for registration at the hotel reception, there are two ways of accumulating Club H10 points:
1. By staying at any H10 Hotels establishment
Each time you stay at one of our hotels you accumulate points. Below is a list of the points you can get per stay:

*Points per day of stay per adult registered in the room.
As a welcome gift to the Club H10 we give you 100 free points once you have registered as a member. These points will be added to your account after your first stay at an H10 Hotels establishment.
2. By consuming extra services at the hotel
Gain Club H10 points as you enjoy the variety of services available to you. You can accumulate points for extra services at the hotel, such as:
- Minibar
- Room service
- Bars (except if your board is Everything Included)
- Lunch and dinner in the à la carte (except when you're hired or Privilege service with all inclusive)
- Despacio Spa Centres
Depending on your destination, you may acquire the following points for spending on extra services:

**Only consumptions charged to the hotel room will accumulate points. Cash payments do not accumulate points. Extra services are subject to hotel availability.

Do not miss out on the special offers we prepare for you every month. Check them out in the Members Area at any time and accumulate more points in your account.
How to use Club H10 points
You can use your Club H10 points when you settle your bill at reception. You need only tell our personnel that you are a member of the Club H10 and we will swap the points for your stay and extra services.
